Windows Scripting
Scripting is a skill that is often overlooked. By learning how
to write scripts on your servers you can learn how to automate
more mundane tasks and become more efficient. QA-IQ runs

Furthermore, Microsoft has recently launched its new scripting
technology, known as PowerShell. Any customers who will be
running Exchange Server 2007, for example, will need to know
PowerShell to script and run this new server
effectively.
