Why undertake ISEB Project Management Certification?

In the area of Information Systems the most widely recognised qualification body in the UK and beyond is the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB), part of the British Computer Society (BCS). This project management qualification is the only one in the UK specifically designed for those who manage IS development projects.

What is involved in ISEB Project Management Certification?

To qualify for the examination, candidates need to have a minimum of four years' experience of management or four years' in Information Systems and have attended an accredited training course leading to the certificate.

The QA-IQ ISEB Certificate in Project Management for PRINCE2™ Practitioners course is an accredited course which prepares delegates to take the 3 hour written examination. The course may be taken as an intensive 5 day residential event, in which case the examination is sat on the last day. Delegates choosing to take non-residential courses return 2-3 weeks later for a revision/examination day.

Delegates take the oral examination at ISEB at a later date.
