Liz Timoney-White
Liz loves getting to the heart of what makes people tick.
She leads the Management and Personal Development portfolio,
creating direction for the development of the public schedule,
designing and delivering many of the courses herself.
She spends much of her time creating bespoke versions of these
courses for the clients who want a tailored product.

Richard Hordern
Richard is an experienced consultant and leads QA-IQ’s
Organisational Development Practice. His focus is on
working with clients to design and deliver innovative solutions
to their leadership development needs.
Richard has had extensive experience of training programmes for
Shaw Trust, BAT and Vodafone.

Jake Watkins
Jake is skilled at helping business users get the most out of
their systems. With a wide range of training experience, he has
designed and delivered a variety of soft skills programmes
focusing on communication and people skills.
Jake looks for all opportunities to constantly improve
performance and always enjoys a
challenge.

Nova Ferguson
Nova has been working with QA-IQ for nearly ten years
developing and delivering training programmes to improve
interpersonal and management skill. She has a range of
management experience working in both public and private
sectors.

Aidan Matthews
Aidan is a skilled learning consultant, trainer and qualified
coach. He has over ten years’ experience in designing and
delivering successful development programmes for clients in
both private and public sectors.
Aidan coaches senior managers both as one-to-one and in groups.
He also helps and advises organisations on their Learning and
Development strategies.

Russell Patten
A skilled consultant, Russell has over five years’ experience
in developing and delivering both personal and management
development skills for private and public sector organisations.
A Master Practitioner of N.L.P, he specialises in working with
clients to develop both the interpersonal and communication
skills of employees aligned to organisational goals.

Nicola Hartley
Nicola’s experience includes a range of projects, such as
developing and delivering Leadership & Management training
programmes, coaching and mentoring.
A Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) Practitioner including
people management, management communications, financial skills,
business transformation and stress management and
diversity.
Nicola Downes
Nicola is a highly skilled and qualified learning and
development specialist with extensive experience of designing,
planning, delivering and evaluating development programmes at
all levels.
She specialises in supporting and facilitating business change,
including developing broad change management programmes to
ensure a smooth transition.
