QA-IQ will work with you to identify the
nature and scope of your training project, project objectives
and success criteria, and requirements for project
administration and support. A QA-IQ Project Manager will
work with you and your stakeholders to develop the strategy for
the training project and create a fully-costed proposal.

The role of the Project Manager is to ensure that a quality
solution is delivered within the agreed budget and
timescale

The Project Manager will fully explore all aspects of the
requirement and will make recommendations that will best
complement your company’s educational needs.

Having agreed the strategy, the Project Manager will
document the approach in a Project Initiation Document and
will also develop and document a Service Level Agreement
for joint sign-off.

Our Project Managers collectively have many years experience in
managing medium to large-scale training projects.
Dedicated Project Administrators based in the Projects Team
assist the Project Managers in an administrative role, either
on client site or at QA-IQ offices as required.
